30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.
Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
In its original packaging.

Free Return Shipping

We believe you shouldn't have to pay to return an item that isn't right for you. CorePackTech offers free return shipping on all eligible domestic returns.

How to Start a Return

Email Us: Contact our support team at Contact@CorePackTech.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Your Label: If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.
Ship It Back: Print the label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No Hidden Fees

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Final Sale: We do not have "Final Sale" exclusions; our 30-day policy applies to all standard purchases.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Contact@CorePackTech.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right right away.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank Processing: Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
