Where are you located? Our headquarters and fulfillment center are located in Garland, Texas, United States.


2. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

  • Domestic (USA): We offer FREE Economy Shipping on orders over $50.00. For orders under $50, rates start at $4.90.

  • International: We ship to over 185 countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier (DHL, FedEx, or USPS).

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Domestic Transit: 5–8 business days for Economy; 3–4 business days for Standard.

  • International Transit: Typically 3–5 business days for express services.

Do I have to pay international customs duties? Yes, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. However, if you choose DHL Express at checkout, you may have the option to prepay these duties to speed up delivery.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Is return shipping free? Yes! For domestic returns, we provide a free prepaid shipping label.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.


4. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because we process orders quickly at our Texas hub, please contact us at Contact@CorePackTech.shop within 1 hour of placing your order to request changes.

How should I clean my CorePackTech bag? For our bags and sleeves, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless specified on the product tag.
